Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Rheon ("we", "us") operates a decentralized exchange aggregator interface at app.rheon.xyz. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect or store your private keys or seed phrases
  • We do not require account registration, email, or personal identification
  • We do not track individual users across sessions
  • We do not sell data to third parties

3. Information We May Collect

When you use the Interface, the following information may be processed:

  • Wallet address — your public blockchain address is visible on-chain and may be temporarily processed by our servers to generate quotes and simulate transactions. We do not permanently store wallet addresses in a database.
  • Transaction data — swap parameters (token pair, amount, slippage) are sent to our API to compute routes. This data is processed in real-time and not retained.
  • Server logs — standard web server logs may temporarily record IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agents for operational and security purposes. Logs are rotated and not used for tracking.
  • AI analysis credits — if you purchase credits, we record the on-chain transaction hash and your wallet address to verify payment and track credit balance.

4. Third-Party Services

The Interface integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Blockchain RPCs — requests are sent to Avalanche RPC endpoints to read on-chain data and submit transactions
  • DexScreener — token price, volume, and metadata are fetched from the DexScreener API
  • GeckoTerminal / CoinGecko — chart data and token information
  • Wallet providers — WalletConnect, MetaMask, and other wallet connections are handled by their respective SDKs
  • Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN
  • Tailwind CSS CDN — styling framework loaded from CDN

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Interface may use browser local storage to save user preferences (e.g., slippage settings, last-used tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. No third-party advertising or analytics scripts are loaded.

6. On-Chain Data

All blockchain transactions are public and permanent. When you execute a swap, your wallet address, transaction amounts, and interacted contracts are recorded on the blockchain and visible to anyone. This is inherent to public blockchains and outside of Rheon's control.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect our servers and API. However, no system is perfectly secure. Given that we collect minimal data and do not store sensitive personal information, the risk surface is limited.

8. Children

The Interface is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Interface constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
