Terms of Service
Last updated: April 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rheon interface (the "Interface") at app.rheon.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
2. Description of Service
Rheon provides a web-based interface for interacting with decentralized exchange protocols on supported blockchain networks. The Interface aggregates publicly available liquidity from third-party decentralized protocols and provides routing, quoting, and token analysis tools. Rheon does not custody, control, or transmit user funds. All transactions are executed directly on-chain via smart contracts.
Route computation is performed by a deterministic mathematical solver (min-cost max-flow optimization) with no discretionary decision-making. The solver computes optimal token splits across available on-chain liquidity based solely on publicly available pool state. The user reviews and approves every transaction before submission. Rheon exercises no discretion over which transactions are executed or how they are routed.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token analysis, AI-generated insights, safety checks, price data, and benchmark comparisons are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction.
4. Eligibility and Restricted Territories
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use decentralized finance protocols in your jurisdiction. By using the Interface, you represent that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of a Restricted Territory.
For the purpose of these Terms, Restricted Territory shall mean the United States, China, the United Kingdom, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, or any other state, country, or region that is subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations.
Rheon does not implement geographic blocking but makes no representation that the Interface is appropriate or available for use in any Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Self-Custody and Wallet Responsibility
You connect your own self-custody wallet to the Interface. Rheon never has access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the authorization of transactions. Transactions submitted to the blockchain are irreversible.
6. Risks
Using decentralized finance protocols involves significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits in third-party protocols
- Price volatility, slippage, and impermanent loss
- Token-specific risks (honeypots, transfer taxes, rug pulls)
- Network congestion, failed transactions, and gas costs
- Regulatory uncertainty
- MEV (miner/maximal extractable value) and front-running
Rheon's safety checks and AI analysis are best-effort tools and do not guarantee the safety of any token or transaction.
7. Fees
Rheon charges a fixed, non-discretionary fee on swaps executed through the Interface. Fee rates are set on-chain in the smart contract and apply equally to all users. There is no preferential treatment, variable pricing, or hidden fees. Fee tiers are publicly verifiable on the blockchain. Fees are disclosed in the quote details before you submit a transaction. Network gas fees are paid directly to blockchain validators and are not collected by Rheon.
8. AI Analysis Credits
Certain features, including AI-powered token analysis, may require credits purchased through the Interface. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Rheon reserves the right to modify credit pricing and features at any time.
AI-generated analysis, including technical indicators, sentiment scores, support/resistance levels, and risk assessments, is produced by third-party language models and is strictly informational. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an endorsement of any token. AI outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. You should independently verify all information and make your own trading decisions.
9. Third-Party Protocols
The Interface routes trades through third-party decentralized exchange protocols (e.g., Trader Joe, Uniswap, Pharaoh, Curve). Rheon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these protocols. Use of third-party protocols is subject to their own terms and risks.
10. Intellectual Property
The Rheon name, logo, interface design, solver algorithms, and related materials are the property of Rheon and its contributors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rheon and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Interface, including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, or data loss.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rheon and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Interface or your violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications
Rheon may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
